4-week fitness program built to bring you strength and confidence in the body and mind. Perfect for the goal-oriented warrior, who is ready for her next level with proven results.

Customized mix of 2x weekly 1-hour Private Fitness classes (online)

Classes offered within the program include: Strength & Conditioning, Cardio MMA, Body Toning, Stretch & Mobility, and Yoga Sculpting.*

Whether your goals are weight loss, strength, pregnancy/postpartum fitness, or just getting to a better mental space, your class mix will be customized for your specific needs.

(2) 30 minute Confidence Coaching Session

Often, fitness programs or journeys don’t address the mental hurdles that block our path our goals. Mental clarity on goals and your direction in life is the foundation for getting results. These 1:1 virtual coaching sessions help you access your inner strengths and knowledge. You have the focus, confidence, and clarity of a true warrior that paves her own path.

Customized Nutrition Plan for Mental & Physical Fitness

Do you know that your gut has its own brain from neural tissue within the digestive system? Nutrition that is balanced for your lifestyle will boost immunity, improve mental health, and support your goals. No complicated diet, no crazy recipes or demands, this is the simplified approach to get you the physical and mental fitness of a Warrior Woman.

*Strength & Conditioning-using weights/equipment if you have them or just body weight, these classes are designed to properly strengthen your body through natural movements.

*Body Toning-using mostly body weight, these classes are designed to tighten and tone muscles for ultimate health and functional strength. Lean out your body with fun exercises!

*Stretch & Mobility-let your body open up to its youth through these classes! Your posture and alignment will be on point, your joints will feel 10 years younger, and you will move smoother and with fluidity from these exercises.

*Cardio MMA-empower yourself with functional fighting techniques from the martial arts of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Capoeira, and MMA. All woman should know basics to self-defense; these classes will solidify your techniques in combative defensive training. No equipment required, just your body!

*Yoga Sculpting- become a natural Yogi if you aren’t already one! Using yoga movement and flows, your body will lean out and strengthen while building physical and mental balance. Perfect for invigorating the mind and body!
